“Department of "Telecommunications Engineering" was formed on September 2, 2012 as a separate department, separated from the department "Professional education and telecommunications" for the purpose of training telecommunication education specialists.
Associate professor S.Isayev for 2012-2013 years, B.Jabborov in 2013- 2014, senior lecturer A.Muhammadiev, senior teacher in 2014-2016, 2017-2018 B.O.Tuychiev as head of the department operated. From September, 2018 the department is headed Juraeva Nafisa Inoyatovna.
The department trains specialists in the field of "Telecommunication Technologies".
